Thursday.

Around 10am, an unexpected client connect in our site, then ask for help. //not really a help// His problem is that his “Porn is Broken” //I didn’t get it!// So I did my spiel and some probing questions. And finds out that this client named Bob is making his late “Trick or Treat” joke. **eyebrows raised!** He reply with my questions with his silly questions too.

9:34 AM bob: are you a robot?
9:35 AM bob: what color is the sky?
9:36 AM bob: and grass?
9:38 AM bob: you are a robot
9:38 AM bob: also the ball came out off my mouse and i cant put it back in
9:38 AM bob: can you fix that
9:40 AM bob: do you dream Eunice?
9:44 AM bob: and if a puppy or a new processor where to fall of a building which one would you save?
9:46 AM bob: Are you or have you ever been involved with skynet?

After chatting to him and wasting my time, I politely says my closing spiel and advise him that I’ll disconnect //the stupid session// our session. I just for another minute in case he’ll response seriously, but like what I assume, he’s just another “Treat or Tricker!”

Cotton Anniversary Thursday, Nov 5 2009

Thursday.

November is really a special month for me, though it is famously known for Halloween, for me it’s a Hearty <3 Month. Unexpectedly that this will be my next favorite month aside from April, June, December, January and February. //special months with special occasions//

Today, 11.05.09 we’re celebrating our 2nd anniversary together as a young couple. **yihee!** We’re not good in planning our dates or trip ever since, we just follow our feet //or his wheel// wherever it brings us.

Since we have a different shift, we’ll just meet after my shift because he’s duty is over. //1st shift at 1am-9am// I arrived at 8:50am and give him a wide smile since there a some CSS on the floor, //including Chuck!// Give my handmade gift. //I don’t have enough sleep because of that// <3
Duty time again. While waiting to the clock to tic at 5pm, I need to work first, //excited with the date//

I intentionally didn’t cooked my pack lunch and decide to bring only my plain cookies. I ate my lunch around 2pm with my cookies and a hotdog sandwich which I buy from 7/11 //which gives me tummy ache// After my 30 min break, I’m back to my seat and updates my FB apps. //I’ll miss them!// Then around 3pm, Choles came in and give our cheque //he’s late!// because of that, I didn’t in-cash it and will wait for next Monday to claim and deposit my savings. O_o

Tic Tac Tic Tac.. It’s 5pm! Time to logout. **yehey!** I did some retouch to look fresh and good for the “Big Night” <3 **haha!** We’ll meet at Rob Pioneer then together we’ll travel to Shangrila Mall. //That’s he’s plan// <3 I just hope that traffic was not that heavy so I will not hi-jack the bus. **haha!**

After an hour, we arrived in Shangrila Mall //my first time// It’s nice and classy like greenbelt5. We did some strolling to explore the Mall, then we stop at a restaurant named California Pizza Kitchen. We checked the menu if there’s pizza and carbonara, since they serve our 2 favs we dine in there. <3

We have our 10 inch pizza “The Works”, Spaghetti Carbonarra for Two and two Mango Shake. //so big!// <3 I thought we’ll not get full because we’re really starving that time but those foods were very heavy. //I get tired while eating so I just a baseball game while digesting the food//

We left around 10pm //with a big tummy// and ride a MRT to pick up his car parked at GA Tower. After he fixed his stuffs, we travel to my house. <3 Though, we’re really tired we make jokes and laughs in the road.

Eternal flame Monday, Oct 19 2009

I learn that, “Office issues affects employees behaviour”, because I experienced it. Here’s why…

Since the ISP cuts the supply of internet connection in our office because of “corruption”, [you're all fired PHG!] companies occupying in the unit really suffers. The reason is, they don’t pay their ISP bill on time resulting to multiply the amount until they can’t afford to pay it because they pick-pocketed the money. [that's my POV!] O_O

Meetings held, explanation was given and apologies were not accepted. [kill them!] It was around 11am that the internet was cut and at this point [9pm] there’s no chance it’ll comeback. O_o

Our CEO share what PHG explains. [looking disappointed with head shaking] “these people were unbelievable, and this is very unacceptable!” O_O

Then even us get affected with the condition. Since our shift isn’t over, J6L suggest to continue it at our homes. He have a 2 mbps connection at his unit so it’s not a problem, even tain [our co-agent] have an internet cafe with broadband connection. So I’m the only one left with nothing to say about, feel embarrased and want to go home already, pissed off with the idea. O_o Though, he said that even only him will monitor the LMI system incase someone will connect. O_o Then after that talk, I faced j6L and told him, [sarcastic, but joking manner] “that’s a good idea! really!” without knowing he’ll get upset and mad. And that was it, we had this whispering arguement in our seats and a badtrip mood in our remaining time. “blah *** blah *** blah”

Then the FatBoy ask j6L that he can go home now because he had some monitoring to do. And Me? no idea if I’ll
stay because I have no tasks to do. [raised eyebrow] O_o But j6L bring me with him [I can't go home alone] even I feel we’re not okay. The story continues as we travel to GA Tower.

“blah**blah**blah” T.T Then there’s this background music, //FYi: eternal flame// that added to my sadness. **OMG!** it’s almost 5am when we get on the road and drive me home, still, we don’t talk and don’t glance at each other until he broke the silence and start a conversation but I guess it will not end in just 5mins talk. After I get home, I fixed myself and get a well good night sleep U_u and hoping that “Tomorrow is another day” iLY j6L. <3

Optra recovers Sunday, Oct 11 2009

It’s a sunny bright and humid day today. I woke up in a hot and irritating sunshine Sunday afternoon. O_o Since I sleep late yesterday, I woke up late also. I did some of my household chores after I finish my lunch meal while watching weather news update. [hoping no serious typhoon will come]

I packed my dinner meal and clean the kitchen before I take my 1 hour shower. **refreshing!** Then I dress up and fixed my dry and limp hair [no life because of color treatments] and ready to go for walk to jeepney stop. I left somehow early to catch a Sunday mass but I came short. **tsk!**

**sighs!** quiet Sunday. Wonderful!

When j6L arrived, he tells me that their chevy was in the mood for travelling again [at least 90% okay] I was like, “really?, no joke?!! You can take me home?!” [with a big grin] then he said “yup!” but his sister uses it so we need to get it to GA Tower when our shift is over.

I can’t wait to ride again in his chevy, I miss it a lot. n_n Happy to hear that it’s working good even though it floats in the flash flood 2 weeks ago. [go European cars!] Even their alterra survives from that flood and works fine, only the seats, lights and some wiring aren’t still available. Still need to tune up the 2 vehicles to have again a perfect performance.

Honestly, I forget what it feels to sleep in my own bed in midnight, after work and sleep for 10 hours straight. n_n [nice to be back] But my wait is over and I ride in chevy optra going home.

Cold Cash Pls! Wednesday, Oct 7 2009

This week I’m expecting another envelope with money and coins in it but suddenly only a rectangle piece of paper with my name [only a nickname] and signed by the FM [MBS] is handed to me by our CEO. **OMG!** Though I’m happy because I receive another allowance pay I’m also disappointed because I want a “cold cash” in my hand that day.

It is my first time to receive a pay check, and wondering what will I do with it. If I’ll incash it or not [want to keep for remembrance] n_n then I check the branch, it is located in Makati ave. **OMG!** which will take a full effort to incash the allowance. //FYi: my office is in Paseo area// I have no choice so I decided to get up early next week [Monday] to claim my cash.

Monday
I woke up as early as I can [11am] to beat the 4pm deadline of China bank. Honestly, I don’t know where in Makati ave is that branch, so I asked MMDAs, jeepney drivers and a barker, good thing they all know where is it and pointed me to the right direction because I’m walking to a wrong direction. O_o After my 30mins search, I finally found that branch, located in the most left corner, having no signs and seems like an eatery to me. [no classyness at all] I ask the guard what were the steps and gladly assist me. After that, I’ve waited in the couch for my name to be called. Another 30mins, then they call me and deliver a bad news. “I’m sorry ma’am but your check is invalid because your name here didn’t match in your ID. We don’t allow this for safety purposes.” I was like, “duhh? it is me, that’s my nickname idiot!” Even I explain to that teller and he’s stupid superior, I left the office with angry looks and disapppointed face. O_O **a**hole!** And I ask our FM to a new check with my complete name. **sighs!**

Tuesday
I exert a lot of effort again, I left the house around 2pm. Suddenly, a heavy rain starts to pour, that’s why traffic start to emerge. I spend 3hrs in the road. **fcuk!** Today, I didn’t make it again! And I’m late!!! O_O

Wednesday!
I’m tired of waking up! But I need to. **OMG!** Again, a heavy rain pours! And it really shower towards me. I have a wet pants, wet bag, wet handbag and wet shoes. **OMG!** I’m cold! O_O I arrive around 2pm and start to fall in line. I’m thankful that my pants is drying slowly while waiting. When it’s my turn, the teller advise me to wait for 45mins because they need to fax it to Makati ave branch. [I decided not to in cash it in that branch so I try a nearer one, Paseo branch]

After 3 days effort and hardship, finally I deposited it to BDO [no. 1 bank for me] **OMG!** Can’t believe I did that. O_O Hope next time, I receive “cold cash.”

Party is On? Monday, Oct 5 2009

I take my usual routine from my home to the office. Woke up around 1 in the afternoon, fix everything [lunch and pack-lunch] take my shower, dress up and ready to walk up to the jeepney station. Ride two jeepney then a bus.

–>1 hour left.

I arrive at the office with the same setup. Crowded and noisy. *hehe!* [guess who make noises.] Then suddenly, two familiar figures caught my attention, sitting in the front end of the computer desks, I saw a very white lady [she's not a ghost] in a stripes and a long hair lady wearing all pink. OMG! can’ believe it  n_n

Dyei and Cez were seating in the same computer desk as we do. [jL] Quickly, a smile was fom in my face, I want to hug them but I’m aware that it will make noise since the CEO is roaming around. I’m happy to see them. *giggles* I want to have a little chat to refresh some memories and some experiences. But I guess, that time was not a good one since all were busy doing there own stuffs.

I sat down on my desk, glance at them and beam. [a big, wide smile] I have a lot of questions for them but at that moment we cannot share it. *sighs* Good thing they have also a Spark account [office messenger] so we chat, share experiences and laughing trip like we always do back in our college days. [missed it!] around 8:00 pm they are free to go since they’ve rendered an 8 hours time of work. [12nn-8pm]

FYi: dyei is software developer, while cez is a system engineer. And they both hired in a SEO position[search engine optimization]. For this reason,  the following days will always a Party one . Welcome to Raitsco, LLC!

Happy TwentyThird! Monday, Oct 5 2009

October seems to be a busy month for me. When I wake up in the afternoon, [since my work is at night] I can’t even remember what day it is. O_o I guess the reason behind that is I’m really tired and exhausted from my two weeks work-to-house routine. //FYi: EoS is at 1am, will stay with J6L’s condo to grab a rest, 6am will travel home, at 8am will have a true sleep and at 2pm will wake up to go for work//

**sighs!**

Because of too much exhaustion and lack of relaxation, pimples grow to my face **gosh!** my eyes were watery and puffy all day. Anyway, I can’t do anything so I just enjoy my “new?” routine.

Sunday is always a quiet day for Makati, few people on the roads and lots in the mall. I attempt to have mass in Greenbelt chapel but it’s close because of the typhoon, the chapel also got flooded and janitors were busy cleaning. I just say my prayers outside the chapel.

Around 4pm, I decided to go to the office and to update my facebook account/games **love it!** Obviously, I’m 45mins early though I’m not alone, that’s a good news for me. Then j6L came, [what to expect?] We chitchat all the way. I thought he can’t make it because they were also victims of typhoon “Ondoy”. And he also texted me that he will not report today. Though he came late for 10mins, he looks tired and don’t have enough sleep.

**hugs!** j6L narrate their experiences, share photos and videos of their home in water and their cars floating. **gosh!** I sympathize to him and try to lighten up his thoughts and to avoid typhoon phobia. [got somehow paranoid] He just update his web accounts, forums and read typhoon news. So far, he’s happy and I believe that he already move on. [good to know] We did our job as usual and do personal stuffs during our break. n_n [ every hour is break]

Even we have different bad days, we can’t forget to celebrate our 23rd Monthsary. Happy happy 23rd Monthsary j6L! //FYi: 1mo. to go for our 2nd sweet and spicy years//
EoS is at 1am so we secretly lip spell “happy monthsary! iLoveYou!” **smiling** I can’t wait for a simple celebration after work, well it happens in GA Tower, a simple chocolate, chips and gatorade as a monthsary meal. **love it!** Even we’re both tired, we eat, chitchat, watch TV series, visit facebook and play online games until sleep finally take over us. U_u

6:30am as I woke up, though I’m really feel sleepy and tired because I think we sleep around 4am, I need to be home and sleep again. I enjoy this freaky day! >_<

Pepeng, adding more tears. Saturday, Oct 3 2009

Ondoy left the Philippines with only tears and fears in every Filipino faces. Not yet totally recovers from a series of rain and floods, another typhoon is entering the country. *they are not welcome here!* Pepeng is almost regarded as a super typhoon because of its strong winds and heavy rains.

I’m lucky that my day off is almost weekend. Somehow relieved from that mopping scenario because of Ondoy, again I’m terrified knowing that there’s another typhoon that will spend its time in the Philippines. OMG! Flood didn’t subsides yet, then here is Pepeng showering its rain. We did our news update hourly for this typhoon and prepare for those brownouts, leaks etc.

It was 3 in the afternoon when a news advisory flashes; O_O 

“Pagasa said that as of 4 p.m., Pepeng was 940 kms east of Surigao City. It is moving west-northwest at 22 kph and is expected to be 630 kms east-northeast of Borongan, Eastern Samar by Thursday afternoon. By Friday afternoon it is expected to be 430 kms northeast of Borongan, Samar. By Saturday afternoon it is expected to be 290 kms north-northeast of Virac, Catanduanes or 330 kms east of Casiguran, Aurora, the advisory said.”

Pepeng’s destination is Northwest north. He destroy properties in Tuguegarao, Isabela and Cagayan province to name a few. South area, [where i live] is only affected by its southwest moonson, that’s why the sky was dark the whole day. We did not have any power interruption or leaks like what we expect.

Despite what Pepeng did in the northern part of Luzon, I’m grateful that Filipinos were ready and prepared. But the sad part is that there still casualties, let’s just offer prayers and still continue to help.

Ondoy sinks Pearl of the Orient Friday, Sep 25 2009

*tick, tick, tick,*

Saturday Morning. I can’t imagined that an over night rain will cause my room to have a semi- swimming pool. Though I’m sleeping in the upper bed of a double-deck my blanket didn’t get wet. My father were mopping their room floor when I woke up. So, I immediately help him in wiping the floors. OMG! *starving*

Rain continues to torture the Phil. There’s no sun that day, to get even worse, around 3 in the afternoon our electricity was cut down. *brownout!* Good thing, I charged my cellphone and iPod touch sensing that blackout will happen. Hoping that electricity will comeback, I just mop again my room. *tick, tick, tick*

Hopes gone, Prayers asked. No news from the other side. Added to the my headache was the texting world, [message sent not this time] it is also affected by Ondoy. *hate you Ondoy!* Ondoy “>j6l was one of the victims of Ondoy, their place were flooded and there cars were floating. OMG! he told me that they were really scared about that flood, so they evacuate their home to transfer to a safe place. T.T

Sunday Morning. Ondoy was out of the Phil. territory and headed to another country. It left a tragic picture for all its victim. Millions of Filipinos lost their home and properties just like that. Flash flood washes everything from a simple thing to an expensive one. Some areas were still flooded, people were still trapped in their roofs asking for help. Number of people dies and families were separated. Evacuation centers were full and relief goods is delayed.

Can Pearl of the Orient Bounce back?

–>Hours Earlier

It is Friday afternoon when I woke up. That is my day off from work so I make sure I have plenty of sleep. Around 2 pm, I eat my brunch [breakfast + lunch] while watching Wowowee. I have  plan going  to Mall, later that day. After finishing my household chores, I clean and dress up myself then straight to SM Bicutan. While travelling, I have a strong feeling that it will rain because of the dark clouds that was fast moving plus a cold wind. I just told myself that I make my mall task and strolling fast for me to be home early to avoid being trapped with the strong rain.

Two hours after, I’m ready to go home. Luckily, there’s no rain yet but still the sky is really dark and looks heavy with those water inside it. Since it was a rush hour time, I need to fall in line for about 45 mins. OMG! *the tricycle station was really crowded* Like me, people knows will be stranded when the rain starts to pour. After a long use of my legs, standing finally, I can ride home.

Rain doesn’t fall yet, but when I got off from the tricycle, tiny lines of water touches my eyeglass, then eventually it becomes thicker and thicker. I need to walk from the station to my house for at least 15 mins. Good thing I have my umbrella. *whews!* Mud started to splash all over my feet and since our area is prone to flood, in a flash water will rise until waist level and traffic will be everywhere.

Fortunately,  I have long legs so I cn walk two steps at a time. I closed all our windows, dry myself, change clothes and watch TV patrol news for the latest weather updates. *hate when Phil. have a typhoon* obviously, there was, it is Ondoy! *duh?* it is mutilating the north side of Luzon. I’m hoping that it will leave as early as possible.

CSS experience Wednesday, Sep 16 2009

September 15, 2009

This is our 26th day of training and we’re  expecting calls from our US clients.  It happens around 10:00 pm  manila time. My co-CSS is currently attending a client call when suddenly my Skype account rings. It wasn’t supposed to happen because our client call SHOULD CONNECT to our DIALER. So I get somehow tense who then was calling  so I pick it up, then I say my opening spiel “thank you for calling…” but because nervousness occurs in me, I somehow buckle and end up mixing the letters of my spiel. When retrieving the line with the mysterious caller I suddenly add letter R to my ” yes? hello?.”, making it “yes? hellor?”  -hellor/hellour/hellur is a gay linggo in the Phils meaning Hello in exaggerated questioning manner- after 5 seconds, I then recomposed myself and start communicating with him, -even though I’m laughing at myself- n_n after talking to him, I found out that his concern was to have a female chatmate/friend. -oh no!- I just tell him that this an IT Company and we only entertain business calls. -much relieve-

Sighs. I thought that, it will be my first call. Hoping to have a real business concerns call in the future. -MCBoL-
